Return Policy
At Smith & Chang General Goods, your satisfaction is important to us. We understand at times, it is necessary for our valued customers to return the items purchased. Please, see below for our return policy.
All artwork, antique and vintage items are final sale.
Other items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a merchandise credit in the amount of the purchase price. Please, contact us at info@smithchang.com or (201) 420-0557 before returning the item.
Items returned 7-14 days after delivery are charged a 10% restocking fee and will be issued a store credit for the remaining balance.
Items returned 15-21 days after delivery are subject to a 10% restocking fee and will be issued a store credit for the remaining balance.
Items may not be returned after 30 days for any reason.
A gift can be returned for merchandise credit only, within the time frames and conditions outlined above.
Customers are responsible for arranging the return shipment and incur the cost.
Shipping Policy
- Most in-stock items ship within 48 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 72 hours to process. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or U.S. holidays.
- Orders will arrive in approximately 7-10 business days via UPS Priority Mail.
