At Smith & Chang General Goods, your satisfaction is important to us. We understand at times, it is necessary for our valued customers to return the items purchased. Please, see below for our return policy.
Items may be returned within 7 days upon delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Please, contact us at info@smithchang.com or 201-420-0557 before returning the item.
Items may be returned within 7-14 days upon delivery however, a 10% restocking fee will be charged at this time based on the retail price of the item. Items returned within this time period will be issued a store credit for merchandise, which can only used for on-line store or at our store location.
Items may be returned within 15-21 days upon delivery however, a 20% restocking fee will be charged at this time based on the retail price of the item. items returned within this time period will be issued a store credit for merchandise, which can be used for on-line other purchases.
Items may not be returned after this period of 21 days for any reason.
A gift can be returned for merchandise credit only, within the time frames and conditions outlined above.
Customers are responsible for arranging the return shipment and incur the cost.
All antique and vintage items are final sale.
 Shipping Policy
- Most in-stock items ship within 24 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or US holidays.
- Orders will arrive in approximately 7-10 business days via UPS.
